President of Stavian Chemical JSC Trade Union honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of the Labor for her contribution to union works and the women's labor emulation movement

On October 15, 2025, the first “Dynamic, Creative, and Responsible Female Union Members” Awards Ceremony and the Preliminary Conference on the “Good at public work, good at housework” Movement (2020-2025 period) took place in Hanoi. At the event, Ms. Sahar Dinh Thi Giang - Deputy Director of Human Resources and Administration, and President of the Trade Union of Stavian Chemical, was honored with a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) in recognition of her outstanding contributions to trade union activities and the women’s labor emulation movement.

The “Good at public work, good at housework” Awards for exemplary individuals during the 2020-2025 period is an annual initiative organized by the VGCL to honor individuals and collectives for their role in empowering female workers, fostering innovation, and promoting socio-economic development. This event also recognizes outstanding trade union models that embody a spirit of creativity, renewal and care for employee wellbeing. This recognition not only celebrates Ms. Sahar’s dedication and leadership in promoting the spirit of “Good at public work, good at housework”, but also stands as a testament to the perseverance, unity, and responsibility of the entire Stavian Chemical Trade Union, especially the female workforce, who have tirelessly contributed to production, business operations, and community initiatives.

Over the years, the Stavian Chemical Trade Union has been one of the pioneers in fostering a humane working environment, encouraging professional development, and ensuring employees’ wellbeing.
